Things to do for the Heart

Self-Care for your heart will infuse your days with love, joy, and abundance.

Try to do these things as often as you can:

  •  Practice self-love and acceptance for who you are, always
  • Whenever you need a heart-based pick-me-up: Wrap your arms around yourself and take a deep breath; melt into your own arms on the exhale
  • Wake up every morning and take a moment to feel gratitude for all. of. it.
  • Nurture positive relationships in your life
  • Don't be afraid to speak from the heart as much as you can; that's where your truth lives
  • Do stretches to open up and activate the heart area every morning. An example: Put your hands on your lips, and open your chest, shoulders, face and throat up toward the sky; hold this pose for a bit, and then come back into a neutral position
  • Tap on your chest area to stimulate and strengthen the heart, while also boosting immunity
  • Do all things with great love
