Things to do for the Body

Ongoing Self-Care for the body is an absolute must.

Do these things as often as you can:

  • Turn up your favorite song and just DANCE
  • If you ever feel like the energy in your body is low or stuck, get on your feet and shake your body out for at least 5 minutes; this works wonders
  • Self-massage
  • Yoga/stretching
  • Tantric movement-based exercises (This is a lot of what I teach and it's highly effective in enlivening the body; if you want to learn more, reach out to me)
  • Using your 5 senses to be more present and awake in the body
  • Jump on a trampoline (I have one that I jump on at home almost every day, and it's amazing!)
  • Deep breathing
  • Eat healing, nutritious foods
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Get at least 8 hours of sleep
  • Exercise
